My name is Mallory. I’m a reference librarian who loves the specialty coffee industry, epicurean adventures and book clubs (especially the ones that involve wine!). I study library science, listen to audio books in the kitchen, make crafts and judge barista competitions. My husband Mark is responsible for any beautiful design that appears on Chase the Flavors. He’s my partner in life and in crafting and he has personally taste tested every recipe included here.
